The Florida State Golf Association (FSGA) was formed in 1913 to promote, protect, and preserve the game of golf. I was consulted to develop a web automation script to copy course rating data from a course rating workbook (Microsoft Excel) and automatically enter that data into the United States Golf Association’s (USGA) Course Ratings Program (web application). Each course rating typically contains around 4500 data elements that would otherwise be entered manually. The script saves countless hours of tedious, error-prone keyboard input done by hand.
